FLU Season/Stomach Virus
Parents it's that time of they year for seasonal illness. Please make sure your children are up to date with vaccines. We are doing all we can to clean and sanitize surfaces and restrooms. Please watch your child for these symptoms as they are common with these viruses: Nausea, fever, diarrhea, and not wanting to eat. Children should be fever and nausea free for 24 hours before returning to school. Thank you for helping us keep our students and staff healthy.
EFWMA Achievements for Fall 2016/2017

Classroom Moms and Classroom Volunteers
Classroom moms! It's time to start coordinating activities. I'm sure by now you've received your invitation letter outlining your duties and I'm also sure you had a productive meeting with your classroom teacher. Thank you so much for your commitment to our students. We cannot reach our goals with out you. Volunteers are very special to EFWMA and TOTMA. Thank you for making EFWMS "A Great Place to Bloom"
School Meals can no longer be charged when funds are not available in students account. Beginning October 11th, 2016
Starting Tuesday, October 11th, students will no longer be allowed to charge meals to their lunch/breakfast accounts, if their accounts have insufficient funds. Letters are sent home weekly on negative accounts.
Students were allowed to charge 3 meals, whether breakfast or lunch; once they've exhausted the grace period, an alternative meal is offered. An alternative meal consists of: a cheese sandwich, carrot sticks and water. After 2 alternative meals, a parent will be contacted to bring breakfast or lunch if the account has not brought to a positive balance and money added to the account.
A parent or guardian can add money to his her her child's account by coming to the dining hall to pay cash or money order or via http://www.myschoolbucks.com
For online additions, please allow 24 hours for the paid off and increased balance to appear on your child's account.
MY SCHOOL BUCKS APP
Parents: Please be advised that if you are using the My School Bucks App you will only be making payments to nutrition services. We are not able to reallocate those payments to the correct location. Please go directly to the website to make School Store payments. Thank you.
Academic and Character Progress - parents we urge you to call the front office for your login code to Parent Portal. Grades are entered everyday but no later than Sundays. Keep track of your child's progress. Staying informed helps you stay in partnership with the school to address concerns before it's too late.
