Information to Attend or view Board Meetings

A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of East Fort Worth Montessori Academy will be held the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the EFWMA campus in the conference room in person or via videoconference. 

Pursuant to Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this meeting will be conducted via videoconference, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication. The Board President, presiding officer or trustees may or may not be physically present at one location. A quorum of 3 or more members is required for meetings, whether in person or by  videoconference or phone.

Public comments are welcomed and can be submitted up to 72 hours in advance or by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday of the meeting. Comments may be placed on the following link: Public Comment Request Form. Public comments submitted will be read aloud for the Board to hear, and the content of a written comment cannot exceed three minutes when read aloud. To the extent practicable, all other public comment rules shall apply.

The subjects to be discussed or considered upon which any formal action may be taken are as listed on the agenda. Items do not have to be taken in the order shown. Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.
