The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) was created by the Texas Legislature as part of House Bill 3 to provide a realistic pathway for top teachers to earn six-figure salaries and to help attract and retain highly effective teachers at traditionally hard-to-staff schools. East Fort Worth Montessori Academy agrees with the Texas Legislature, we believe in an educator's worth. EFFWMA is a Cohort D applicant. We are pleased to be accepted into the program, and we are excited to reward our best teachers with the incentive they deserve.
