Immunization Requirements

Please see the link below for the required immunizations for all public school students in Texas. Your child MUST have all of these immunizations up to date with updated records (or an updated Exemption Affidavit) and upload your child’s updated immunization record to the Ascender Parent Portal before they begin school.

Important: State guidelines require all schools to keep unvaccinated students out of school in the event of a disease outbreak for a designated period of time.
