SB 12 Compliance Certfication
Texas school districts must submit an annual Senate Bill 12 (SB 12) Compliance Certification to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) through AskTED to verify they have eliminated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) duties and offices.
