Immunization Requirements

It is imperative that your child's immunization records are current, inclusive of all required vaccinations or an up-to-date Exemption Affidavit. Prior to the commencement of the school year, please ensure that you upload your child’s updated immunization record to the Ascender Parent Portal. This step is crucial for the successful enrollment and participation of your child in the upcoming academic year.

Important: State guidelines require all schools to keep unvaccinated students out of school in the event of a disease outbreak for a designated period of time.
