School Tours

To accommodate parents who are unable to participate in an in-person tour, East Fort Worth Montessori Academy offers the flexibility of arranging virtual tours through platforms such as Zoom.

Tour Schedule

- For Pre-K through 2nd grade, including Leadership K-2nd grade, tours are conducted on the first Friday of each month.
- For 3rd through 5th grade, tours are scheduled on the second Friday of each month.

Post-Acceptance Registration Process

Step 1: Admission Notification and Initial Steps

Upon acceptance, families will receive an email notification detailing their admission to East Fort Worth Montessori Academy. Included within this email will be comprehensive instructions for registering online via our Ascender Parent Portal, alongside guidelines for submitting the necessary admission documents. Parents are encouraged to utilize a scanning application on their smartphones for the purpose of uploading required documents directly to our Registration Portal.

Each admission email will specify a deadline by which all registration steps, including the submission of all requisite information and documentation, must be completed. The Academy is committed to working collaboratively with families to ensure the prompt and efficient submission of these materials. For parents requiring additional assistance, appointments can be arranged with the registrar for support within our technology lab. It is imperative to note that failure to meet the prescribed deadline for document submission will result in the forfeiture of the student's place for the upcoming school year.

Step 2: Document Submission

Parents or guardians are required to upload specific documents to the Ascender Registration Portal. Should there be a preference or necessity for in-person registration support, parents or guardians are advised to bring copies of the necessary documents to the school when requesting an appointment. This preparation aids in streamlining the process, facilitating a more efficient and effective registration experience.
