ESL - English as a Second Language

 
The primary mission of the ESL Program at EFWMA is to meet the educational needs of each student whose native language is not English. It will advocate for the needs of our English Language Learners and empower each student to reach his or her full potential. ESL Services are available for all eligible students on PK-5. Teachers are trained and certified in second language acquisition theory, methodology and strategies to teach.

La misión principal del programa de ESL en EFWMA es cumplir con las necesidades educativas de cada estudiante que su idioma nativo no es el inglés.  De la misma manera, abogará por las necesidades de nuestros estudiantes que están aprendiendo el idioma inglés y permitirá que cada estudiante alcance su máximo potencial.  Los servicios de ESL están disponibles para todos los estudiantes elegibles en PK-5.  Los maestros están preparados y certificados en la teoría de adquisición de segundo idioma, la metodología y las estrategias para enseñar.
