Welcome to our job opportunity page. If you are here, you are seeking something different, organic, and innovative. I do not have cliche words to hook you. We are a small community of learners who believe in expanding our potential and standards. We have 18-24 students in each grade level. Each classroom has an outside patio for students to work. Our classroom windows open to let in fresh air. We are an outdoor school with farm animals. We are a team of self-starters, and we work to stay above the line of completing the full cycle of a work process. We desire high-capacity teachers who do not rely solely on textbooks to teach but also understand and can apply the Texas Standards. We desire teachers who are willing to go camping with our students for one weekend. We desire teachers who use data to move students forward, not to judge them. We desire teachers who are willing to teach outdoors and who love autonomy within our framework. We desire teachers who sincerely buy into our mission, vision, and way of doing things. We desire teachers who can truly teach and have fun. This is our standard.
