• Please complete both the Volunteer Policy and the DPS Background check. Once forms are signed you may return them to the front office or email them to aida.aguilar@efwma.org.

  • Hello Parents,

    We appreciate your active involvement on our campus! To ensure the safety and security of all children, we kindly request that parents complete a background check at least one week in advance before visiting the campus. The cost for the background check is $2, which covers administrative expenses.

    Once the background check is completed, you are welcome to participate in the following activities:

    1. Lunch with Your Child: Join your child for lunch and create special memories together.

    2. Volunteer Opportunities:

      • Outdoor Learning Environment
      • Carpool Assistance
      • Classroom Support
      • Dining Hall Assistance
      • Many other areas

    3. Observing Your Child’s Classroom: Gain insights into your child’s learning environment. 

    Please remember to adhere to the guidelines for each area:

    • Respect Privacy: Be mindful of other children’s privacy.
    • Follow Teacher Instructions: Support their routines and instructions.
    • Safety First: Prioritize safety at all times.
